7 Things Great Leaders Always Do

What is in a job title? Many people have aspirations for their career based on a certain title in a company. They look strictly at the job title when making a transition.  But what about the functions of the role? Are you going to be doing, on a day-to-day basis, what you are passionate about and enjoy?

The attached article, “7 Things Great Leaders Always Do”, touches on the fact that a title is a great thing to have on a business card, but are you happy with fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of the role? Secondly, you will notice that the article also touches on one other thing; you don’t have to have a big title to be a leader. In companies which have a strong, positive culture, all employees are considered to be a leader, at one time or another. We all can’t be leaders, but together, we can take turns.
